LESSON 01
Create your account Start from the signup page, confirm your email, then return to sign in.
1 Open Create Account Choose Start Free on the GETerDONE website. The app opens at Create your account.
2 Enter your details Type your email and a password of at least eight characters, then choose Create account.
3 Confirm your email Open the GETerDONE confirmation message and follow its confirmation button. Never share the confirmation link.
4 Return and sign in Come back to GETerDONE, choose Back to sign in, and sign in with the account you just confirmed.
You’re done when… You can sign in and GETerDONE asks you to choose or create your workspace.

Set up your GETerDONE Create your private workspace, choose your display name, then pick this device for the right installation steps.
1 Name your GETerDONE On Choose your GETerDONE, enter a workspace name such as My GETerDONE.
2 Create the workspace Choose Create my GETerDONE and wait while the isolated workspace is prepared.
3 Add your display name At What should we call you?, enter the name you want other collaborators to see.
4 Save your profile Choose Save profile. GETerDONE keeps that profile separate from device installation.
5 Choose this device At Which device are you using right now?, choose iPhone, Android, MacBook / Mac, or PC / Windows.
6 Install or continue Follow the click-by-click installation guide, or choose Continue in browser to open your dashboard without claiming installation is complete.
You’re done when… You have chosen device guidance or used Continue in browser, and your GETerDONE dashboard opens.

Create your first Work Area Use a Work Area to keep related tasks together, such as School, Family, or Home Projects.
1 Open Work Area management Find Work Areas in the sidebar and choose Manage.
2 Start a new Work Area In Manage organization, keep the Work Areas tab selected and choose + New Work Area.
3 Give it a clear name In Work Area name, enter a fictional example such as Home Projects.
4 Create the Work Area Choose Create Work Area. You can leave the optional logo and colors for later.
You’re done when… The new Work Area appears in the sidebar and is available when you create a task.

Add your first task Capture one clear action and put it in the Work Area where you expect to find it.
1 Open quick capture Choose Quick add a task — Click, then speak or type.
2 Write the next action In Task title, enter a simple action such as Measure the office wall.
3 Choose its Work Area Open Work Area and select Home Projects. Leave optional advanced settings closed.
4 Create the task Choose Create. Find the saved task in Master or open Home Projects in the sidebar.
You’re done when… The task appears in Master and in its selected Work Area.

Find and complete a task Use Master, Today, or a Work Area to narrow the list, then mark the finished item complete.
1 Open the right list Choose Master for every master task, Today for today’s plan, or Home Projects for that Work Area.
2 Find the task card Look for Measure the office wall and confirm the Work Area badge says Home Projects.
3 Mark it complete Choose the completion circle at the start of the task card.
4 Check the result Open Completed if you need to see it again. A task planned for today may also appear under Completed Today.
You’re done when… The task leaves the open list and appears under Completed or Completed Today when that view supports it.

Keep GETerDONE one tap away. Installation happens from the Customer app page. Open GETerDONE in a normal browser, then follow the controls for your device.

IPHONE · SAFARI · STEP 1 OF 5
1 Open GETerDONE in Safari Choose Open GETerDONE to install, then make sure the page is open in Safari—not an embedded browser.
2 Tap Share Use the Share button. In some Safari layouts, tap More first and then Share.
3 Choose Add to Home Screen Scroll the share sheet. If the action is missing, choose Edit Actions and add it.
4 Keep Open as Web App on Leave Open as Web App enabled when Safari shows that option, then tap Add.
5 Launch GETerDONE Open the new GETerDONE icon and sign in if prompted.

Don’t see that option? If you arrived through an email, social app, or embedded browser, open the Customer app at app.geterdone.app in Safari or Chrome first, then install from that app page. Menu wording can vary by browser version. A shortcut opens in the browser; an installed web app opens in its own app-style window.
